Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an hour all about you. Therapy allows for a confidential and comfortable environment in which you can spend time focusing on yourself and what you want to work on. Together, we will identify concerns, focus on the process, and create goals and work towards solutions. Throughout therapy, your goals or focus may change and evolve! That's ok :) Individual therapy is all about you learning to empower yourself in your healing process.
